I need to go to the store today. I'm bad about figuring out what I need in advance (a little scatterbrained). I'm trying to eat well-balanced so that I can lose a tiny bit of weight and gain a little bit of muscle as I work out. I need help with my grocery list!
i went the other day and i got eggs, chicken, peanut butter, whole grain bread, apples,milk, yogurt, oat meal and a box of captan crunch, some of those are healthy but nothing really bad for you.
