3-5 ounces chicken breast, grilled and cut in chunks (leftover from night before)
1-2 ounces crumbled feta cheese (these had some sort of herby stuff on them for added flavor
15 grape tomatoes, cut in half
2 cups baby spinach, washed
2 cups assorted lettuce (romain, red leaf, green leaf,boston, whatever makes yu happy)
1 mandarin orange, peeled and segmented (canned in water owuld work as well)
splash of balsamic vinegar.
Put in a ziplock bag, and toss...
bring to work for lunch and enjoy
