Hey everyone, it's great to find a forum for people concerned with physical fitness. I'm a graduate student who has an on-again, off-again commitment to exercise and diet, and quite a bit of insecurity about his body... so I'm looking to find some concrete data on what the best steps I can take to deal with my specific bodily fitness issues are.
