I joined a few days ago to get some advice and motivation to continue to be active. I love fitness, but sometimes I get a little lazy without the right mentality to keep me going. I've gained a few pounds (honestly, just a few) recently, and I've been kind of down and frustrated that not much is changing despite my efforts...YET! I'm really trying to get back on track...and get back into my old jeans! So here I am!
