Greetings!

I'm Slushie. I've always been a little on the pudgy side since age 9. I used to workout with video tapes from age 14- 19 and never ate red meats or white breads, but I could never get under 150. Last year I got down to 124 lbs (after quitting my anxiety meds) until I quit smoking and gained 12 lbs. I do at least 40 mins of cardio at least 4 days a week and light weight strength training twice a week. Running/ Jogging is a challenge because I have flat feet and weak knees. I'm "pear-shaped" as they call it. My legs, stomach and arms are more toned then they used to be but not I'm not seeing any change in my back area.

I've dropped a lot of fat since then by during HIIT twice a week, shorter cardio sessions, cleaning up my eating and lifting heavier. Oh and found I'm not pear shaped.

Hey, congratulations on what you've achieved in the last year or so. Sounds like you've fixed up your training a lot, and of course eating better is always a good thing.
