Sir Lose-A-Lot here. Pleased to meet all of you. I gave myself that name as motivation to actually earn the name. Haven't lost a lot yet....all in due time.
A little about myself:
Been overweight for as long as I can remember. Currently 5"11 and weighing in at 260 lbs. (This is after a recent loss of 7.2 pounds over a week and a half.) I am pretty athletic for my size but years of bad eating prevented any weight loss.
Goal Weight:
210 -225 Solid As Knight Armor.
Goals for fitness:
I would like to be able to run full speed for at least 5-10 minutes.
I would like to be able to do pull-ups. (I have never done a successful pull-up in my life.)
I would like to be able to do one handed push-ups.
I would like to be able to jump and touch my ceiling. (I know that's a little unrealistic because my ceilings are vaulted, but a guy can dream can't he?)
I hope to see a lot of your inspirational stories as well as try to create some of my own. Thanks for having me.
