I'm a newbie to the forum, but not to health and fitness . . . although I'm sort of starting fresh. I spent my early/mid-20s learning to take better care of myself all around, lost about 40 pounds over the course of a few years, became fit and active, ultimately ran 3 marathons. Then I came to law school, turned 30, stopped running . . . you see where this is going. In the last few years I've gained back much of what I had lost thanks to stress and sedentariness (is that a word? whatever, you know what I mean). Now that I'm about to graduate and get back to being a grownup, it's time to get my health and weight back under control. And it's not like I'm doing anything else this summer (other than that pesky bar exam. Ho hum).
Anyway, nice to meet y'all.
