Hi Everyone!

I've joined this community to try and find some motivation. Here's a bit about me:

I was overweight for as long as I could remember. I finally reached my heaviest at the end of 2006 at 180lbs on my 5'6 frame. I decided to finally do something about it, and lost 45 lbs in 2007 by eating less (with no fast food) and working out. I maintained my weightloss until I got married in June of 2008, and since then I've gained back 15 lbs. I can't believe I've gained that much is so short a period of time and I feel like I'm back where I started. I never reached my goal weight of 130 lbs, so I'm back to try again and maintain it! Hopefully having a place like this to post will help!
