Hey everyone! My name is Ryan, I'm 20 years old, and I'm living in Japan right now. I've been slowly losing weight on my own for the past two years, and I thought that this community seemed cool and supportive. All of my friends are thin or muscular and very good looking, and even though they're all awesome and kind and love me for who I am, I think they have a hard time relating to my weight woes. Hopefully you guys will be able to help me in my quest help myself! I was doing okay on my own, but I'm sure some extra support will be really nice... it will hold me responsible having other people to answer to than just myself!

Oh, by the way, I'm a vegan... hence the user name.
