:patriot::patriot::patriot:Hello everyone! my name is katrina, I am currently deployed to iraq. I am using this deployment not only to serve our beautiful country, but also to get in the best shape of my life!! I love motivating people, and being motivated as well. I have lost about 12 pounds since I even left America!

Whatever you do you must stay safe. It is not only your own country that you are serving but joining with others for the good of the world.

I wish you every success in your weight loss / fitness project and congratulate you on the weight loss that you have already achieved.
