Hi Everyone!
im an amateur triathlete from Canada. Im here to gain more knowledge on how to see greater progress in my fitness, meet fitness goals and to pass on the things i've learned to others in the same boat as me. I'm a student who doesn't have much time for the gym so at the moment im trying to put together a 30 minute workout that can be done from home without any weights or equipment. As well as running, swimming and cycling so that my tri's don't suffer
. Other than that im going to try and post a picture a day of my progress to my gallery and I look forward to interacting with all of you on the forums
