I am new here and just trying to figure out how all this works
I need to lose a bit of weight (I am not big, but can't lose 5 kilos to get to my dream weight I had 6 years ago
. I hope I will find useful tips and support here as my biggest problem is food - sugar, pasta,....I am quite active and used to almost any kind of exercise... Can't wait to get started!
