Hi everyone,

I know I really need to be here. I love exercise, however I'm pretty out of shape, so I guess my body hates it.., well the truth is, a little over a year ago, I had surgery and am now in menopause which has caused my body to hate me! I really never had a weight problem until now. I need some help, easy baby steps I guess
 
Nothing on the list about Ephedrine. Mix that with Caffeine and cardio and the weight should drop off pretty quick.
Might have a bit of trouble sleeping though.

Personally I wouldn't take anything for weight loss, just eat less and move more
 
Diet pills are garbage. Best case scenario you lose some weight. Of course when you quit the pills, you gain it back. Worse case scenario, you harm your body with dangerous chemicals like the crap in Hydroxycut.

Losing weight is incredibly simple. Burn more calories than you take in. Done.
 
My formula is low calories intake + HIIT 3 times a week.

The only "suplement" I have tried is red tea. Not sure about its results but hey it didn't kill me lol.
