Hi to everyone out there.

Sometimes I get the feeling no one ever replies to my threads on other forums, because I use the alias reject here and there. But at the end of the day thats who I am, and I'm really tired of being rejected, just because I have Homer like "keg".

Well heres a bit about me. I'm 21, from New Zealand, most of my time is spent attempting to get a university degree. I've pretty much been overweight since I can remember, healthy living and exercise never really came up. I've maintained my weight around the 90 kg mark for the last 6 years or so, and It's now time to get rid of it.

Got myself one of those ticker things some other people have, hopefully it will give me the much needed motivation.
 
First piece of advice....

If you are sick of feeling like a reject, stop calling yourself one.

Anyways...you only weigh 198...which isn't bad at all. Unless you are super short, why would you want to weigh 154 lbs? Not only can you reach your goals faster if you choose a more reasonable weight, but you'll also look better.

That being said, I'm here to answer questions if you have them.
