I'd really appreciate a little help. I have a tendency to be an 'all or nothing' kind of person - either I'm training hard six days a week or I'm doing practically nothing. at the moment I'm doing the latter. Finding the motivation and the energy to exercise is a big problem, add to that that fact I'm currently doing shift work and don't have a regular sleeping pattern, and I'm calling to you for help!
Here are my stats:
Age: 25
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 126-130 (it fluctuates daily)
Aims: I'm actually happy with my weight, but I really want to tone up everywhere, increase my flexibility and reduce the amount of bloating I get.
