Hello friendly forum members,
I joined here in hopes of finding some helpful tips for getting back into a solid fitness routine. I was in the greatest shape of my life two years ago, before moving and hitting a string of bad luck: bad car accident, then six months later suffering a broken leg playing amateur soccer. I have lost a lot of muscle mass and put on a huge amount of weight in comparison to my normal and target weight levels. Here's hoping my experience here is a positive one! Thanks!
