Hi guys !
My name is mel, and i would like to share my story with u <3
so im 26 and i have been struggling with my weight since i was like 13.
i really tried almost everything (diff diets, pills, workout routines) but it always felt like putting too much effort to get meh results.
till one day i came across keto diet ( i bet most of u already know about it)
but for those who never heard of it.. The keto diet keeps carbohydrate levels low, but instead of ramping up the amount of protein in your diet, the keto diet increases the amount of fat. for example,
a typical keto diet aims for meals with 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% carbohydrate. Eating a high-fat diet can still mean eating healthy. Keto diet menu items often include seafood, meat, dairy products, eggs, vegetables, and nuts.
so i decided to try it (started on late 2019) and it did help.. but i wanted to get better and faster results (my best friend's wedding had a huge impact on my motivation , cuz no one wants to look fat on a wedding album, lol) so after a lil search i found these pills called keto accelerator. which are perfect for combining with keto diet. at first (first 2 weeks) i didnt feel a significant change.. but after that..wow. never lost so much weight.
And today after 4 months of keto diet plus taking the ketogenic pills im more than proud to say that i lost about 65 pounds (!!!). and i have never been this happy :) i can finally see my facial features ^^
Here's a photo showing my transformation

While a loss is worth congratulating, the forum does not promote pill use.

Technically a keto diet is any diet that places the body into ketosis regardless of how healthy that diet is.

A healthy keto way of eating does not have this ratio, the aim of a ketogenic diet aims to reduces carbs to a level where the body burns fat for energy, but this does not mean supercharging your diet with extreme levels of fat, you want the body to burn body fat for much of that energy. Protein needs to be at a healthy level to maintain muscle mass, for most people this is more than 20% of dietary intake. percentages is a poor method of calculating carb intake. The body for most people will be in ketosis will be under 50 gram, for some it will be less, at 5% depending on the individuals calorie needs this % may be too high or even too low, to low often results in not meeting nutritional needs. Fat consumption is not a goal.
