Greens Drinks + Multi + Fibre vs Actual Vegetables

Hi All,

I have a question regarding vegetables and what the difference is between eating them and supplementing them.

I know vegetables are needed for Micronutrients and Fibre but what's the difference between eating them and say taking a daily Greens Drink (), taking a multi, and getting fibre through wholegrains? Could you completely supplement vegetables this way? If not why not?

Thanks for the info!

Vegetables and fruits are the best source of vitamins and minerals. They boost our immune systems and detoxify our body because most of these have anti-oxidants. Eating foods are part of our life and by this process our body absorbs the nutrients and mineral. Supplements are only to increase or suffice our intake of these nutrients. Supplements are aid or support only and not substitute.

Vegetables and fruits are natures medicine. Like stated above. They boost the immune system. They can HELP fight cancer and other deadly diseases. They are better fresh rather than supplemented. You can eat 17 bananas in a day and the natural potassium in bananas is very high. You can have about 1,000g of potassium from bananas and be fine but if you supplement potassium 150g would send you to the hospital. (Putting the importance of fresh veggies and fruit in perspective.)
