Green tea..

Does this help burn fat/ i saw this new product at wal-mart called green tea gum... said "lose 20 lbs or more, over a piroid of time" or something like that
 
"dont see many fat asians do you thats cause they all drink green tea."

green tea has tons of good things in it and can probally boost your metabolism i try to drink a few cups a day.
 
Well they are also high in carbs and sugar, is this something I should look out for when on a diet? How much should I drink to not overdo it? 2 or so cups a daY?

And the arizona green tea is good too?
 
im asian yet i dont drink green tea often. i do love jasmine tea (a blend of green tea)! green tea has a "thermogenic effect" plus it makes feel relaxed after a very good workout. good luck!
 
Well i work at a Japanese Restarunt and we use real green tea leaves to make their tea. Arizona Green Tea prolly having a lot of the same stuff as real green tea leaves your going to get more sugar and presevatives and crap like that.
 
Green tea is an excellent anit-oxident......flushes out all impurities in your body....very good for you...one cup with every meal
 
I have just started drinking Green Tea every morning. It is supposed to be so much better for you than coffee. Plus, of course, it has added benefits like antioxidants. But how many cups do we really have to drink a day to feel the effects that affect the metablism? Is one enough?
