Green Tea and Weight Loss - ALL NATURAL

Hi, I have been researching heaps about diets - don't want to put just anything in my body - no pills, mixes etc. Dr Oz was spruiking about "concentrated" green tea. It has to be concentrated coz you could never drink enough unconcentrated to get the benefits. Dr Oz said it is a superfood and that everyone should have it every day just for health reasons apart from it's weight loss benefits which are great. Apparently it's great for blood pressure, to ward off cancer, blocked arteries, cholestorol and stacks more. The study about breast cancer was a 47% reduction in risk (the study was on over 500 women). Look up the green tea library.

Also: "few human studies of green tea and brain function exist, one published in 2006 in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that the more green tea people drank, the less likely they were to develop problems with thinking and memory. And that's something to remember!"
I went online and found one Aussie company making concentrated green tea. Green Tea X50 by TribecaHealth. I think they are in Qld. It was so easy to order and they were very helpful.

So l have been drinking it for a few weeks now and have lost weight steadily (which is how I want to lose it or it never seems to stay off) .... BUT ..... also, I feel fabulous - which I didn't expect! My blood pressure is down too. BONUS!

It is also cheap in comparison to most. About $1 a day ($2 if I do a double up). With the added benefits of the concentrated green tea, l have now stopped my vitamins so have saved money there so I am paying less now than before l started on Green Tea X50.

I'm not rapt in all the flavors so make the raspberry and tropical into berry frappes with apple juice, frozen berries strawberry/raspberry/blueberry, flax seed (sometimes I add other things like oats or nuts) blended - delicious. The chocolate l have as a dessert in yoghurt.

I really recommend it. I'm thoroughly enjoying this diet experience and I hate dieting!

Hi there,

I was just wondering how did you go with the x50 green tea? How much weight have you lost? Does it have any side effects?

Thanks!

I know there are benefits of green tea but I will do further research myself as the claims made seem too good to be true and as I've always been told is something is 'too good to be true' then it is.
