Whoa, that Bulgarian/Turkish guy hyperextending on that deadlift goes against anything I've ever learned about deadlifts. Looks really painful.

this is really awesome. those kids could probably kick my ass. img95823_1 on page 8...guy on the left is riiiiiiiiiiiiiped like a mug. looks like hes holding 2 suitcases.

Those photos most definitely aren't example for what's appropriate for most. But when you have an Olympic lifter who is great, you don't f- with the form.
