I have been feeling really good about myself lately because I am staying motivated and haven't missed any workouts. I am making really good progress. I have been here before, though, and at some point I lose some of my motivation. It seems to build until, before you know it, I am not working out at all. I think this article is very good on staying motivated. I am going to try and follow the advice and hopefully I can keep on going. I hope you enjoy it as well.

The biggest problem most people have is motivation.

If you can find new ways to stay motivated, then you can have much greater success.

A great way to stay motivated is to continue to set new goals that are attainable within a matter of 2 months or less, then reward yourself for each goal you accomplish.

You will be much more appreciative of how hard you worked giving you further motivation.

There are many other ways to stay motivated, but this one works good for most people.
