I have been feeling really good about myself lately because I am staying motivated and haven't missed any workouts. I am making really good progress. I have been here before, though, and at some point I lose some of my motivation. It seems to build until, before you know it, I am not working out at all. I think this article is very good on staying motivated. I am going to try and follow the advice and hopefully I can keep on going. I hope you enjoy it as well.
