grapefruit?

Eating less and exercising more helps you lose weight. If a grapefruit, in whatever way it chooses, should aid you in one or both of those things, then give my regards to that grapefruit.
 
in what way was this grapefruit meant to help you lose weight just as a matter of interest.

But as stated the real way to use weight is to make sure you are in a calorific deficit
 
Eating lean protien and fresh, unprocessed fruits and vegetables is an excellent deit for reducing body fat, coupled with a sensible exercise program. Grapefruit is an excellent very low glycemic index carb. Drinking 16 ounces of water and eating a half a grapefruit is a superior substitute for Gatoraide or any other "sports" drink.

r u guys sure? ... im pretty sure i read somewhere that grapefruit is some kind of superfruit that helps u loose weight...i think i read that it had the ability to burn up fat in ur stomach?....and it works better if u go for a workout right after eating one
 
In the sense that you're having grapefruit vs a candy bar or ice cream, yes it will help you loose weight - plus it also offers the typical advantages that having fruit in your diet would.
