We just got a new food pyramid last year though. Geeze...taking planets away, changing our food pyrimids....kids have it so easy these days lol j/k
I wouldn't listen to any pyramid the government puts out, especially a republican gov. Look who backs the repubs. what do you think they are going to tell you to eat. I would sooner read some books and come up with a pyramid of my own than have the government tell me what I should be eating.
