Gotta cook supper for the girlfriend

You guys sure did hi-jack my thread, but I got a couple good thoughts out of it for myself.

And I also am surprised I didn't get flamed by the femi-nazis. I guess they all know the type that can eat what ever she wants, go for a ten minute walk and look spectacular.

Since I posted this, my g/f and I have discusses this and learned to compromise. We eat a lot of steak and chicken breasts, I cook more potatoes for her and we triple the vegtables (good vegtables) we cook. We have a wide variety of high and low fat sauce in the fridge.

She is going to quit smoking in the new year, and is expecting to bulk up, so I am going to start a bulking cycle too, with all this food around. If we keep it healthy, we should both be fine.

Sorry for hi-jacking your thread bro. Glad you got something out of it though.
Your g/f will prolly go through a depression period when she quits smoking so just be ready for it. You can learn a lot about it on , look under smoking or nicotine. I a lot of devices that help quit. If you need any extra help with helping your g/f quit just let me know. Good luck to yall.

I try to get very prepared for this large life altering event for her. So much so that I have budget a lump some of money on things like video games to keep her mind occupied and hands busy, filling snacks (like chicken breasts and cottage cheese), and multual activies away from her x-factors (watching TV, coffee and such). I'm looking at this as just one more health challenge.
