OK so here is my deal. I'm male 5'9" currently i'm at 236 lbs. I started my diet/ workout weighing 250lbs. and its been about 6 weeks now i think, and this past week i might have lost a pound. and so i pretty much want to know what i should be doing to lose the most weight every week. i go to the gym and do cardio for about 90 min. 6 days a week. i usually use the elliptical machine or treadmill (i try not to do the treadmill too much cause i'm still pretty heavy and i don't want to screw up my joints) . i want to join the military so i have to weigh atleast 180 lbs. i'm open to any suggestions. thanks!!!!
