Hello everyone,
I want to share something personal.
Last month I was diagnosed with kidney stones, and the pain I was feeling was so bad that they had to put me under the table…
After the surgery the Doctor told me that things will not be entirely the same, since I will have to be on a diet in order to avoid this happening again.
He told me that I had to follow a Low-Oxalate Diet
But when I got home, I realized how confusing it all was. Every website said something different. I was scared to eat the wrong thing and end up back in the hospital.
After a lot of searching, I finally found one website that clearly listed what you can and cannot eat on a Low-Oxalate Diet. I managed to create simple meal plan I could follow without worrying what I eat.
All in all a month after and I don't feel like much has changed in my life except, as I like to remind myself "small eating correction".
I will share the website I found but please share your sources too, perhaps I missed something
