Goodbye tummy!

So after 3 year of slow (but very steady) weight gain I've decided to bite the built and give this a serious go.

I currently weigh 68kg (150 pounds) and want to get down to 125 pounds.

This used to be my upper weight limit until I just stopped stepping on the scales. But after seeing some photos of myself that I just couldn't ignore I'm starting a serious diet change (cut back on carbs and less snacks) and working out daily. I've been going well with the workouts for about a month now but my binges have been undermining my efforts so I've giving myself some goals:

March: 57kg
April: 55kg
May: 53kg
June: 51.5kg
July: 50kg

So next summer - bikini!
I've been through this before, so I know it is possible, I guess I just got lazy.

Perhaps you are being to rigid or restrictive which could be the reason for your binges.

For instance, any clue how many calories you are consuming?

Also, why are you reducing carb intake and by how much?
