I only have one dumbell its about 15 kg I think I am going to buy more around next week . So what do you recommend for weight loss/getting rid of the flab :p. I already to the hundred pushup program which has made me stronger.

Lifting weights won't directly shed the fat, unfortunately. Losing fat comes from expending more energy than you consume. The most efficient way of establishing a caloric deficit comes from diet, then cardio, then weight training.

Weight training has many benefits associated with it, so it should still be included in a weight loss regimen though.
