Eric Cressey is one of (actually the IMO) best out there when it comes to preventative and corrective training.

t-nation is pretty awesome... today is my first time ever being there, i been reading articles for a good part of the day.

One of the best sites out there in terms of informative writing that is both in layman's terms, as well as being backed by science.

I am glad you like it. You will learn a lot from the site if you spend some time there.

Hmmmm, I thought I was, but if think again, probably not THAT hard

Not so much a comment about t-nation (which is a great site) but about the pic above...this is exactly the image that comes to mind to a lot of people, male and female, when you mention women and lifting in the same breath...despite the fact that all the heavy lifting in the world is not going to produce that type of female physique without ...um chemical assistance...

A perfectly structured strength training routine wouldn't do that to a natural man, let alone a nature woman.

Sorry I was goofing around! I know you're trying to be serious, and I absolutely condone weight lifting--I owe much of my fat-burning to weight training!
