Good Place to Start ?

Hi Everyone.. I'm gonna Call myself Vikifit here so i get motivated more to work myself up for a better health, physique and lifestyle.. I'm glad i took a move to join a fitness site and take a leap in to a start.

About me

Good looks (I present myself as well and clean as possible)

Bad Diet. (Missing Breakfast or having breakfast at lunch and lunch at evening brunch 2 or 3 times a week)

Quiet Lazy. (Yes. For most of the things I try to find easy way )

Disturbed Sleep Cycle. (Primarily cus m a Student nd a geek)

Not much of Physical Activity. (Although m 21, much Unfortunate for me for not showing much Interest in Any Sports..Want to change that.. And i have stitched my lifestyle in Front of Computers. Applies for both genuine work reasons and rest of the most for recreation.. )

Advantages. (No Smoking,Not Drinking either,BMI just between overweight and normal,only some tea)

REQUIREMENTS: I want to take it with Something Simple! I have decided to spend this December Holidays by Jogging/Running with a friend at a local Ground every day for an Hour with some warm-ups,skipping etc. Could you suggest me some simple to remember and follow stuff for IMPROVING my WORKOUT,DIET,SLEEP,FOOD patterns so I can Feel Better with a "flat trimmed version of me" for the New Year ?

sounds like you have to get out of your environment to anything other than the norm...maybe join a fitness center and start working out...you need to eat? skipping meals doesnt do anyone any good. I know its tough with school and work. you need to plan your meals ahead of time cook for a few days so its ready..its a start
 
Wow I'm in the EXACT same position as you. We also have the same age. Except that I'm underweight. :)
