Ok my deal is if im not munching on something while i watch TV or am on the computer i end up eating unhealthy things while i watch ahah like ice cream or something. My question is... Is there such a food that you can munch harmlessly on yet be tasty? Plz dont say 100 cal packs haha i tried those...they are unbelievably small haha. Are rice cakes good. I mean i want something low in fat, sugar, carbs, sodium.... so ehhh
Btw..i workout for like an hour and a half 7 days a week...so dont know if that changes anything... THANKS..
