Weight-Loss Good munch food??!?!?

Ok my deal is if im not munching on something while i watch TV or am on the computer i end up eating unhealthy things while i watch ahah like ice cream or something. My question is... Is there such a food that you can munch harmlessly on yet be tasty? Plz dont say 100 cal packs haha i tried those...they are unbelievably small haha. Are rice cakes good. I mean i want something low in fat, sugar, carbs, sodium.... so ehhh :( Btw..i workout for like an hour and a half 7 days a week...so dont know if that changes anything... THANKS..



ps: im trying for major weight loss so plz no Twinkies hahaha
 
Veggies are always a good thing to munch on ... anything that's low sugar is something you can eat in quantity. Things like celery, broccoli, cauliflower, cucmber, etc. Carrots are higher in sugar and contain significantly more calories.

You can also airpop some popcorn for a healthy and filling low-cal snack. 6 cups of airpopped popcorn (about 1/4 cup unpopped) is about 130 calories and that much popcorn can last a pretty long time if you're munching through a movie or something.

But if you want the truth - the best thing to do is to break the habit of eating mindlessly while you're watching TV or working on the computer. You can choose to not eat while you're doing other things ... it's not easy at first, but it can be done.
 
I like cucumbers.. I slice them up and sometimes put a pinch of salt on them. Kinda crunchy like chips.
