Good Morning from OHIO.

Well I am FINALLY here to share. As here is some about myself & if you want to know something JUST ASK ME or ADD ME as a FRIEND & I am there for you too so here is me:

* I am HisWinterRose < KAREN > ... I chose the name HisWinterRose because I LOVE ROSES & I am in the WINTER stage of my life
* I am 55 years old
* Wife to a wonderful man for 35 years
* From the wonderful buckeye state of OHIO and have lived here for 34 years
* Mother to 3 Adult Children < read below >
* Enjoys spending time with my family
* I am into photography ... not professionally but I LOVE taking pictures of nature & my family

* MY CHILDREN ...
~ 31 year old male ... married for almost 5 years this August
~ 29 year old male ... single w/ a cat & is a work a holic
~ 24 year old daughter ... engaged to a wonderful guy w/ no date as of yet

I am LOOKING for some EXTRA SUPPORT to get the last of my weight off ... so little extra push to get it off < looking for some new and healthy recipes > and to find a few new friends that are willing to HELP ME as I am DIABETIC and it is hard for me as I am needing get my NUMBERS DOWN or I am scared of what the DOCTOR will tell me !!!
 
I'm sure you will find efficient help here, a lot of people ( everyone in fact ) are very helpful in this forum !

You did the right choice.

While 55 is maybe not spring - it is certainly still summer as I see it. I'll be 54 next month and I am definitely still in summer here... I suggest that you read the following thread - it may help you settle in and make friends
