Good Evening! Was a fitness girl but getting bored!

Hello everyone!!

Honestly I am not in that bad shape I used to train and I did consider fitness competitions, but I got a new job and been busy every since. I want to get back into it, because I love working out and feeling good. I just find myself bored at the gym at times. I am motivated but I find myself getting bored, since there was a time which I use to be at the gym 24/7. Does anyone have any ideas for me. I have tried switching up my routine, but did doesn't seem to work. Just the thought that I am going to be on the treadmill for 30-45 mins drives me nuts.

Any suggestions??
 
Hi, welcome to the forums. Have you tried interval training? It's a fantastic way to change up your workout from static-state cardio. And believe me, even though it's typically a shorter workout, it'll kick your butt just as much, if not more!
