Good Article from NY Times

Wow, this article really scared me.
I am glad I do some exercise.
I play lots of tennis everyday and do pushups too. I hope that's enough exercise.
 
I saw this article a few months ago. It is good not just for those trying to lose weight, but also for those who are thin and never gain weight! I know people who are thin and couldn't gain weight if they tried, yet they eat the worst foods you can imagine and never exercise. Research like this should be a wake up call to them. There is more to good health than simply being thin, and even a larger person might be better physically fit.
