Hello All,

I am 19 years old and overweight... I have been slowly gaining weight over the last 2 years and am definatly ready to loose this extra weight. I am hopefully getting married next year and my fiance and I are going to Anytime Fitness. I have been going several times a week now and I really think I am kicking my own butt!!! HAHA.

I decided I needed to find an outlet and a support system and really wanted to get more information on the right foods and work outs.

So thats somewhat my story!

Hey girl! Good for you with the workouts! Working out alone will not change the body but a good stable diet will compliment it and improve your weightloss ten fold! I would suggest being active in the diet and exercise boards. Also, starting a diary and asking others for feedback is really helpful. And you can't go wrong with the stickies! Good luck!
