Hi every, im new to posting on site but no stranger to trying to lose weight, I think like most people over weight we spend more time saying we are going to do something about it than we do doing anything at all.
I could list all the diets tryed and failed over the last few years but who has that kind of time lol x
But now my big 30 is just over 6 months away and now im more than determined to shift all that extra weight my family photos keep telling me I dont need.
currant weight 197lbs
goal 145lbs - 155lbs
Will post at least once a week to let you all know how im gettin on, would love to have some buddies who are fed up talking about it and want to join in on my gonna do it this time challange xxxx
