Things got a little out of hand yesterday. Oh my god. I've had so much sh*tty food and I feel sooo bad today! I hope it won't effect my weight - I hope I don't gain anyways. If it stays the same I'm ok with it. But if I gain I'm gonna be so pissed at myself. It was fine until I've had some wine (that was my cheat for my once a week 'cheat day' since alcohol also has lots of calories and we were celebrating something). Well I guess we all do stupid things when we're a bit drunk. I just hope it won't happen again. I'm so mad at myself! I had a donut and some chocolate. It wasn't even that much but when I calculated my calories today I freaked out!

OK, so I know that losing around 2lb a week is great. I also know that there are those of us that don't lose each week. But ... I just can't help but be apprehensive. Like, I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. Sound stupid? I know it is. But this is the first time I've ever consistently lost and even though I'm sticking to my WW points I can't get over the feeling that I'm "tricking" myself. I keep saying to myself (yes, I've started the habit of talking to myself) "pretty soon you'll give in to your old habits and then you'll just gain it back again" .

Well, I weigh in again tomorrow and I'm going for a walk with my son tonight. I always feel better after I get some exercise.

I have a great feeling about my weightloss, this year. I KNOW I am going to get to goal; I feel so inspired.
Actually, I was in town today and saw my dear friend as I passed an ATM. He had not seen me in almost a month, and whilst we only exchanged a few words because I was in a rush; I saw the double take he did, and 'the look' he gets when he approves of something I have done. I was supposed to go to his place sometime this week, but have decided I am going to forgo that pleasure...life's very hectic for both of us at the moment, anyway. Instead, I am going to wait until his birthday to see him; which is two weeks away. I am hoping I can lose quite a bit more weight before then; and can't wait to hear what he has to say. I know he is going to praise me highly. It is also my birthday next month, so I really want to drop some weight in this coming month...dedication / hard work, here we come!
Keep up the great work you are doing, too. 6 pounds is fantastic!!!
