Going on vacation! Help me!

Recently I have gained some weight but now Im ready to get fit. Im wouldnt say i am very fat. but to be honest recently ive gotten a big stomach, man boobs and big thighs. this needs to stop NOW. ive just opened my eyes and realized the need for change. I am leaving for Russia in 20 days so i wouldnt be able to get in shape before that, but i would like to do my best. and i wish to continue after i get home until i feel good about myself. i am a male btw.

i would like to lose the stomach and get some muscles. what are your thoughts on it? any help is apreciated! are there any good training programmes that i can follow?
 
I suggest having a look at this. You won't work miracles in 20 days but should be able to make some progress. And don't forget #8. :)
 
Thank you that helps a lot. But im not only after reducing my bellyfat. its the fat everywhere im looking to lose fat everywhere from my cheeks to thighs.
