Going into the military, Needing help with a workout plan

Ok I'm going into the military next year and I've been training my running and upper body, I'm getting improvements but I want to get a little bigger, more cut, and faster. Can anyone help me in setting up a new workout plan to change it up on my body. All help is much appreciated, I'm used to getting up at 5am to do my workouts before school and I have roughly a 2 hour time frame to workout before I have my classes or work. If it would be easier to email me a schedule my email is btobalski@hotmail.com. if any other information is needed please let me know. I'm trying to determine how much I can push myself to do in the next 8 months.

Most military training programs emphasize endurance first, so be sure you do a lot of running. Second they go for moving your body around, so do a lot of pullups, pushups, burpees, etc.

As for a program, I would suggest 3 days a week of running and 3 days of resistance training. Try something like Bill Star's 5x5 for resistance training. Run 20-30 minutes (3mi/5K) one day a week, HIIT one day (wind sprints or hill sprints) and one long run (6-12 mi/45-90 minutes).
