Going for weight loss, question about hunger pains

Let me explain what I mean, when I get hungry, I can't ignore it. People I work with and some family say that they can go all day without eating if they want to. Especially first thing in the morning, it's extreme at times. Plus sometimes an hour or two after I eat something, it comes right back, almost like my body has already processed what I just ate. I'm drinking enough water all day to distinguish thirst from hunger.
Does this sound normal or what? I'm a little sick of having to deal with this. I wish it wasn't there so I could go longer without eating. Are there certain foods I can eat to keep my stomach feel fuller longer? Any advice on any of this?

Lol, just reading this gave me memories of 3 months ago, when I started my weight loss journey.

Don't do things dramatically; this isn't a race, any step forward is a step towards success so just think of things in small steps. The more you get into this health thing, you'll be able to easily stomp out a craving just by thinking about it logically for a few seconds.

My advice would be to track what your eating; track every detail. Then, every day try and reduce your calories by 50 or something small every day until you're at a sound deficit for your hight and weight (no less than 1,500 calories a day, if that).

Try and find healthy alternatives for your favorite treats (like 60 calorie pudding pots, yum) and try to cut fats and fried foods at every corner you can (unless it's unhealthily low, you need SOME fats).

Try eating fruits, vegetables and my all time favorite for hunger 'curbing': tomato juice/ V8 juice. tomato juice/V8 is quite thick and it leaves you feeling like you just ate spaghetti bolognese :-D

Good luck!

i say if your ok with it, take a appatite suppressant, the pains come because you are hungry, if you take some caffeine, which is a natural suppressant, or even better ephedra or the ECA stack it really helps control it. at least for me. :)

Protein Protein Protein.. Protein at every meal will help keep you satiated longer.. and eat your meals slowly

Appetite Suppresants are not the answer...

and make sure you're eating enough - how many calories a day are you currently consuming

Yes, take nothing along the lines of ephedra and ECA stack. They will do more bad than good. When my stomach is rumbling, I eat a piece of chocolate and it helps more than you would believe. I usually try to make it dark, because I hear it is good for you. But make sure it is pure chocolate, no snickers, or anything like that.
