Hey guys, been working out about 2 months now. At the begining things were going great, within the first week, people told me my face looked a bit skinnier, my back was getting more defined, arms getting bigger, stomach going in etc...
And when I finally began to see results I like I said to myself "this should be my modivation" but ofcourse with like 80 percent of the people who try to start a new diet and workout regimine, they lose modivation and everything goes to hell.
I have so many great sources of fat loss that are available, some payed for, some over the internet. I know these things work great, but my modivation for things die so fast. Same with guitar. lol I use to play for hours a day, now picking it up feels like a chore. Same with working out. Its killing me. I have alot of fat to lose or atleast it feels like. Im 195 about 5 '11/12. It actually doesnt so bad over the forum, but I guess the way my body is proportioned, I dont look that great.
Unfortunatly I was cursed with the sad condition of gynecomastia. Its basically a fat build up in the chest that makes you have manboobs. It sucks! But im getting an operation to correct that.
But anyways yeah, I just constantly lose modivation. I could care less about weight loss, Im trying for fatloss. Nobody wants to be a skinny fat person. So I guess it takes ALOT longer.
If your curious, Ive read Tom Venutos book, 3 times (burn the fat feed the muscle) and I ordered the program called Metabolic Surge. Its a great program, geared more towards RAPID fatloss though. So it can be very restricting and hard to follow. Also have the power 90 program.(no thanx lol) And lately ive been on a hell of a rollcoaster. Sometimes I wanna go on a pure cardio plan, pure weight lighting plan, just pure nutrition plan etc...so I basically have no planning skills either
