GOAL: to lose that extra 10!

Hello forum!


Once again, I've come back to the forums to learn from all of you on how to eat and push through to the next level of weight loss. All I have to get past is 10 more pounds! But it is such a hard ten!
 
try circuit training with weights burn cals and build muscle. also some cardio like a dvd such as endurance strike by tiffany reed
