Glute Exercise with the Exercise Tube

by explosion: link Stand with one foot on the exercise tube. Hold one handle in your right hand, keeping your elbow tucked at your side. Put the toe of your left shoe through the other handle. Shift your weight onto your right foot.

Without breaking your posture, push the free leg back, squeezing your glute at the same time. Keep your core engaged and your shoulders relaxed.

Repeat 8-12 times, rest, then repeat the exercise if desired.
 
Good stuff, squats are currently taking a toll on my knees and with my current focus being more on squeezes and contractions this would fit right in to my legs day!
