Hello! I am 5'5 and 145 pounds(young)and I have a lot of fat :banghead:,I know it's due to no exercise and drinking loads of pop and from junk food but I'm looking to change that for good this time before its too late.I have finally got off caffeine pop so now I know I can do this!

Looking forward to learning all I can along the way!
 
Good to see you here! You can do anything you set your mind to! fatloss is a great thing but takes time, just stay with it and don't get discouraged because there will be up's and down's.

Good luck! It can be difficult to overcome those caffeine cravings! But you just gotta take it day-by-day and before you know it, you would had lost all that body fat!
 
I was hooked on energy drinks and soda. When I stopped drinking them I had the worst headaches for about three or four days. But once I stop drinking soda and energy drinks I felt much better as well.

Well done for giving up your favourite soft drink.

Water is the best thing for you to be drinking - try to have 73 ounces a day or 2.5 litres if you find that measurement easier.

If you cannot face it - then a low calorie version is certainly better than the full calorie stuff.

It is well worth adopting exercise - as part of your problem could well be more toning than actually needing to lose too much weight.
