Hi, I'm new to the forum and would like to tell a little about myself.

I'm an 18 year old male and have always been overweight. Two summers ago I got really sick of it, and started eating less and just going outside a lot. I lost 60 lb's in 3 months(250 - 190). I don't know if that's healthy but I felt fine and I wasn't ever starving myself. It was the best thing that ever happened to me, but when school started back up I stopped losing and could never get down from 190 no matter how hard I tried.

That's why Ive come here to share my story and hopefully join others to get past this barrier. I'm really looking forward to being a part of this community. Thanks for the comments and advice, now...

LETS DO THIS!

When you started school back up, would you say your level of activity fell too?

You've acturally done very well. Keep going. For weight loss, my summary is that:

Weight loss = aerobic exercise + light equipment practice + appropriate diet control + healthy life style.

You can do this.

Yes after school I was always so tired to do anything even if I got enough sleep. Then I started going to a gym in the winter but I still couldn't get it down. I gained muscle so something was working but never really got rid of any fat, I must be doing one of the above wrong. Ive been going to the gym for the past 2 years now 2-3 times a week and I only gain muscle.
