Glad to be here and my "animal" fitness philosophy

Hi All,

My name is David Nordmark and I just joined this board. I have a real interest in natural health, fitness, and weightloss, and I have a website dedicated to this that you can check out. My philosophy is that if you want to be strong, fit, and healthy, you would be wise to watch the examples of animals in the wild. Any animal in nature is far healthier than any human being, yet they don't work out in a gym, or go on crazy diets. I think a lot can be learned from this.

Having said that though, I also believe you have to do what works for you. If running or lifting weights is your thing, all the power to you. However, I will also point out alternatives, when appropriate. I'm also looking forward to learning from others here on the board.
