Hi! I stumbled on this site while doing a web search about crystal light of all things. I started my journey to fitness in January. So far I have lost about 15 pounds, but more importantly I just feel better.
I am not so much focused on the numbers on the scale right now as improving my level of fitness.
After a horrific winter in the North East I was pretty much stuck in the house, so I started using the Gazelle and I really like it and try to do between 2 & 3 miles about 3 or 4 times a week. I am not incorporating Zumba as well as some walking, I do have a gym membership but hardly ever make it as I'm a SAHM.
Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you guys and getting some support and advice!

There's a lot in your post that i no clue about what you mean. I know what Zumba is but all the rest is a foreign language to me.

Anyhow, if you want to hang around start a diary in the weight loss diary section.
