give me some advice

hey, guys im new in this site. Let me tell you my story im 29 a young mother of an 8 year old boy, after i gave birth to my son, i gained a lot of weight and finally i decided to lose weight since january. I have been going to gym for almost 3 weeks now, I do a lot of cardio and weight training almost everyday for alteast 2 hours. The effect, from 67 kgs. now im am weighing 62 thats because i am also dieting, im more into veggies and low carbs now, i feel better than before really effective. Now im quite happy with the result, but since its holiday in my country, I stop going to gym for almost 1 week now. The gym will resume next week. Now I replace this to Taebo and pilates with matching hula hoop at home, im worried if this is a good replacement than real gym (treadmill, stairs step, weight lifting etc.) because I only spend 1 hour in exercising and i start eating again, i need an advice and more motivations. I really wanna loose weight. Thanks

Working out for 2 hours a day is over training. Your body probably wants this week or so to relax. The most time you should spend working out is about an hour a day. You should also have 1-2 rest days per week. That means not doing anything that is not part of your normal daily routine.

I do not know what sort of diet you are on or what your detailed workout routine looks like, but I would suggest making sure you are working out for the long term and not the short term.

The weight you already lost could be muscle. It could be water. It may be fat. Do you know your body fat percentage? I hope this doesn't come across as a negative post. But working out so much (especially after just beginning) is not the best long term fat loss solution.
